At Utipaza, we stand behind the quality of our bikes. That's why all eligible bikes purchased from our store are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Defects in the bike frame
  • Defects in factory-installed components
  • Faults resulting from manufacturing errors

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint chips
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or storage

How to Make a Warranty Claim
